As a stager I meet with the homeowner and give a verbal or written consultation. This consultation will determine your home's individual needs and develop a plan to give your home the "Wow Factor".

De-personalizing- If your home is full of personal collections and family photos a buyer can't envision themselves living in the home.

Creating warmth and comfort with proper placement of appropriately sized furniture, art, decorative items and lighting.  A space that a buyer can envision living in.
