Robin was terrific in handling all aspects of preparing and updating our home for sale.  As we reside in Florida we needed someone who would handle the project including maintenance issues, furniture removal and decorating needs.  Robin handled all of this with very little requirements of our involvement.
 
The house looked wonderful and we questioned why we had not done the work years prior while we were still living in the house!
 
Our house had two offers for our asking price within days of listing and went under agreement for more than asking.
