A Staging Consultation is the most valuable tool in marketing your home!
What is Staging?
Staging is the process of preparing a home for sale with a particular focus on presentation.
Compare staging a home to detailing a car, or preparing for a first date. Your home is your most important asset. Sell it fast and get the most money by presenting it properly!
What is the process?
As a stager, I meet with the homeowner and give a verbal or written consultation. This consultation will determine your home's individual needs and develop a plan to give your home the "Wow Factor".
De-cluttering- Homes that are too full of stuff appear smaller and not well maintained. Removing as many unnecessary items as possible.
De-personalizing- If your home is full of personal collections and family photos a buyer can't envision themselves living in the home.
Neutralizing- Recommending soft and neutral wall, flooring and furniture choices when possible. Creating a calm and inviting home.
Creating warmth and comfort with proper placement of appropriately sized furniture, art, decorative items and lighting. A space that a buyer can envision living in.
Create interest, life, mood and ambiance with splashes of color, texture and good lighting.
Staging highlights the positive and downplays the negative features of the home.
n Most buyers have difficulty seeing the potential in an empty home. Staging gives the visual and creates the connection and urgency to purchase the home!

Staging will down play the negative features (as in the burgundy rug) and highlight the positive features.
Staging gives the buyer the vision to see furniture placement and scale of the room.
" Robin Webster, her crew and her ability to transform our home into an alluringly beautiful space. Our home had some unique challenges because the space was quite large with a unique traffic flow and entrances. She had solutions to enhance the inner space while maximizing the views and while displaying the home in purposeful elegance. Truly inspired and the results speak for themselves. The home received a great deal of very favorable feedback and shortly we had two offers. Did I mention the home had been shown many, many times before staging without much fanfare? Robin came in and unleashed her amazing talent with her courteous team and got our home noticed. Thank you so very much! Jeffrey Luby"
