Turn an ordinary home,

into an extraordinary one.

Verbal Consultation

During a tour of your property,

Robin will observe your property through a buyer’s eye. She will identify what pieces of furniture need to be rearranged or removed and what can be added to the space to highlight features in your home and market it at its best.

After a tour, Robin will spend up to two hours with the homeowners to give detailed staging secrets and advice for every room.

After the consultation, homeowners can independently implement the staging suggestions and apply their new knowledge, or they can hire Great Impressions Staging to complete the look.

“Robin walked me through every room in my home and gave recommendations on small changes that I could make that would make our home more appealing to the buyer. Her suggestions were easy to do and she was able to provide me with suggestions on items that we could purchase to improve the home's appearance while still staying within our set budget.”

Written Consultation

Written consultations begin the same as a verbal consultation– with a tour of your property. Robin will observe your property through a buyer’s eye, tastefully identifying what pieces of furniture need to be rearranged and what can be added to the space. Her goal is to make your open feel bigger, warm, well-maintained and to highlight the properties’ positive features.

Robin will sit with the homeowners to give a small intimate presentation of the stager’s strategy, highlighting its importance and value so homeowners can sell quickly and receive top dollar.

After your in-person meeting, Robin will provide a written home staging report with photos and simple step-by-step instructions that you, as the seller, implement.

For an additional cost, Great Impressions Staging can provide more hands-on support in completing the look inside your home.

“Robin was sensitive and respectful and she understood the attachment to our family home and belongings. Preparing to move is a process that requires organization and a plan. Robin helped me to focus on the priorities and ultimately get the house ready to show at it’s best!”
