Occupied Home Staging

Without impacting your day-to-day life,

Great Impressions Staging will provide decorative direction and furniture modifications to your home that will impress buyers.

About the Process

Robin of Great Impressions will begin with a tour of your home looking through buyer’s eyes– taking notes on what needs to change inside each room with the intention to make the space feel larger, on trend, and well maintained.

With respect, intention, and gentle persuasion, the Great Impressions team will help you pre-pack, depersonalize, and declutter your home. This is an essential first step in the staging process.

Once that phase is complete, Robin will execute her staging plan by utilizing the homeowner’s furnishings and adding other pieces of art and decor of her own– transforming the space that will turn buyers’ heads.

After the home staging process is complete, Robin will tour homeowners through their property. With little explanation needed, homeowners always see, feel, and understand the impact of the design changes inside their estate.

Once professional photos are taken of your property, it’s time to put it on the market!

“Our house was on the market for 180 days, unstaged without a sale. Once staged, we received three offers on the house in 8 days!”

— Karen Winslow

Occupied Staging Before & After Photos

“Our house was transformed from a cluttered, overcrowded mix of furnishings, styles and eclectic trimmings into a calm, cohesive, very attractive home. The ‘before and after’ photographs are most impressive and say more for Robin’s work than words.”

— Bill Barber
