When I first created my staging business in 2011, I was more than thrilled to be working hand-in-hand with homeowners and realtors across the Lakes Region. Although I had over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I always held a beginner's mind. I always was, and still am seeking to learn and grow from each consultation I fulfill, staging project I complete, and networking event I attend.
Early on, I came up with a set of mantras that I use every day in staging projects and in overall business. I would love to share these mantras with you, and perhaps, they can help you shorten your learning curve!
My staging mantras:
Educate the Homeowner and sometimes the Realtor on the benefits of Staging. Low Key, No Pressure.
Strategize and prioritize the challenges and goals for a successful and profitable sale.
Strive to make each project unique.
If something doesn't look right, make it right!
My business mantras:
Always...Under commit and over perform!
Get it Done... In a timely manner!
Your work is your reputation!
Communication is key!
